TPO
TPO Membrane waterproofing, which are ideal for large roofing areas on New Zealand Homes and Commercial buildings and have outstanding resistance to shrinkage and cracking from UV radiation and ozone exposure. The membrane produces no harmful emissions to the environment, and is a heat reflective and energy efficient membrane. Available in 3m widths, the membrane is ideal for large areas. making it an excellent choice for ensuring a dry and secure environment.
Touch on Membranes
Touch-on membrane is installed as two complete waterproofing layers that are modified bitumen sheets that are then joined together using a heat touch which creates a seamless barrier against water. The benefits included having two layers to keep the water out and it also has excellent durability against all weather types giving your home and building protection that will last against leaks and water damage
Butynol
Butynol Waterproofing Membranes have been trusted for over 50 years for roofing and tanking applications across New Zealand and Oceania. Made right here in New Zealand, Butynol membranes are comprised of a synthetic rubber membrane with properties which resist ageing from heat, sunlight and ozone. It has excellent gas impermeability and toughness and remains flexible at low temperatures.
